Christmas and New Year’s Day schedule
Cencora will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1 in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. There will be no deliveries on both of these days, and Customer Service and Customer Systems Support teams will be unavailable. Our hours of operation have also been modified for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Please closely review the holiday schedule dashboard for detailed schedule information, so you can plan your orders accordingly.

William Venus brings more than 25 years of health care experience to his role overseeing the specialty distribution segment for AmerisourceBergen. Having held strategic roles in sales, business development, group purchasing, manufacturer and provider contract negotiations, and product commercialization activities for specialty therapeutics and orphan drug launches, William also has a comprehensive knowledge of the stakeholder experiences associated with the Medicare ESRD payment transition from fee for service to a bundled payment model to demonstrate value. 
Formerly a vice president of Bellco Health, which was acquired by ASD Healthcare in 2007, William’s experience includes group purchasing, business development at Spectra Renal Management, marketing and development at the Renal Research Institute, Fresenius Medical Care and professional sales at Amgen. William earned a BS in biology from the University of Scranton.
